Ole Bischof

Ole Bischof

13 Seasons

Ole Bischof was a quite remarkable judoka.

Bischof competed in two Olympic Games. The first was in 2008, when he became Olympic Champion. And the second was four years later in London, when he won the silver medal. He was also European Champion and a World medallist.

Superstar Judo feels privileged to be the platform to bring you Bischof’s judo system.

For the first time you will be able to find out how Bischof identified his strengths, weaknesses and areas he wanted to develop.

This is a new level of coaching, never seen before in judo. Bischof first presents his techniques with an overview. This is followed by each technique being broken down into segments, focusing on grips, entry, direction and execution. Finally, the technique is put back together and followed by examples of Bischof making them work at the world’s biggest tournaments.

Shot from multiple camera angles, including ground-breaking super slow motions, Superstar Judo gives the viewer the feeling of being on the tatami with Ole Bischof. This is judo coaching like never seen before.

As Bischof’s success alludes to – if you focus your judo in the right way, always striving to develop new ideas and putting the emphasis on quality, rather than quantity, then you will be able to massively improve your judo and fulfil your true potential.

What are you waiting for? It’s time to join Bischof on the mat…
